By signing up, you get full access to all of ExamBuilder's functions for a period of 30 days. You do not need a credit card to get started. After the 30 day period, you will still have access to your account but you won't be able to create exams or students, nor your students will be able to take tests.
When you select a monthly plan and enter your credit card, that card will be billed monthly until you cancel. This ensures that your subscription automatically renews so you maintain uninterrupted service. You can easily manage your plan settings on your Accounts > Billing page.
The date you sign up will be the first date of your billing cycle; so if you sign up on the 17th of the month, your next invoice won’t occur until the 17th of the following month. Basically, this means you’re creating your own monthly billing cycle.
Not usually….unless you have a special custom feature that our developers have agreed to help you with – or if we need to assist you with the input/upload of your exams.
Need more student licenses? Did you run out of storage for your training videos? We understand things change. You can add student license packs in increments of 25 or storage space in blocks of 25GB on your account billing screen or contact us. One of our customer service professionals will be able to help.
We’ll gladly refund brand new account plan purchases made within the first 14 days, provided you have not given ANY exams. For monthly subscriptions, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time by cancelling in your Accounts > Billing settings. Since you have already paid for the monthly subscription at the beginning of the billing cycle, you will still be able to use your plan until the end of your billing cycle. You will have access to your account until the end of your paid month. Your subscription won't change until your current billing month ends. Once your billing month ends, your subscription will be canceled. Subscriptions must be cancelled at least three days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle. No refunds will be offered on canceled subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits will be offered for partially used subscriptions. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion, or as required by applicable law. If we issue a refund or credit in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future. Subscriptions must be canceled at least three days before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
